ConvertPass is designed so that most tools never send your content to a server. The statement used on local tools is:

This tool processes files and text locally in your browser. Your content is not uploaded or stored by this site.

That statement appears only where it is technically true. A reference page that does not process files will not pretend to.

What we do not collect from tools

Tool input is not written to URLs, logs, analytics, error reports, or screenshots by ConvertPass. There is no ConvertPass account system in this release, so there is no profile of your conversions.

Hosting and operational data

The website is hosted on Vercel. The host may see IP addresses, user-agent strings, and requested URLs as part of delivering HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That is not a copy of the JSON or photos you paste into a tool.

ConvertPass uses Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics (measurement ID G-6569KKXB1T) to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. These tools record page paths, Core Web Vitals, approximate location, device, and referrer. They do not include tool input, file contents, or the body of the contact form. Theme preference is stored in localStorage on your device.

Cookies and advertising

Google Analytics may store cookies or similar identifiers on your device for traffic measurement. ConvertPass also loads Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-1293315231352902) so Google can verify the site. If ads are enabled on that AdSense account, Google may show ads and set advertising cookies. ConvertPass also loads advertising scripts from profitableratecpmnetwork.com, which may show ads and set their own cookies or similar identifiers. These advertising partners do not receive tool input, file contents, or the body of the contact form.

Optional published FX rates

The currency converter multiplies amounts in your browser. If you choose Load published rates, the page requests a rate table from api.frankfurter.app (European Central Bank-derived) using only the two currency codes. The amount is not included. You can paste a rate instead and stay fully offline. ConvertPass does not store rates or amounts.
